Save Protection & Stability Improvements
Blade Rising 1.3.2 focuses on making your progress safer between game updates. This update improves save protection, strengthens cloud save recovery for returning players, and makes player identification more reliable between different app versions.
Improved Save Protection
We've improved how Blade Rising protects player saves during game updates.
Updating to a new version of the game should now be significantly safer, with additional safeguards designed to prevent existing progress from being lost or incorrectly replaced during the update process.
Protecting long-term player progression is especially important in a game built around reaching 1000 Floors of Evil, Prestige and Ascension, so we've strengthened the systems responsible for carrying your progress between versions.
Stronger Cloud Save Recovery
We've added stronger cloud save recovery for returning players.
If Blade Rising detects that a returning player already has existing progress associated with them, the game now has improved recovery logic to help restore that progression instead of accidentally treating the player as a completely new adventurer.
This provides another layer of protection for players returning after updating or reinstalling the game.
Improved Player Identification
We've improved how players are identified between different versions of the app.
This makes it easier for Blade Rising to correctly recognize returning players after an update and reconnect them with their existing progression and cloud data.
Together with the improved save and recovery systems, this should make transitions between game versions much more reliable.
Additional Fixes & Stability Improvements
We've also made additional fixes and stability improvements throughout the game.
These changes are primarily focused on making Blade Rising more reliable and reducing the chance of progression-related issues as the game continues to receive new updates.
