Blade Rising Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online mobile game Blade Rising, the Blade Rising website at https://bladerising.com, and related online services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BOGI Games ("BOGI Games", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Blade Rising Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Blade Rising or the Blade Rising website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use Blade Rising only if you are old enough to use mobile games and online services under the laws that apply in your country or region. If you are under the required age, you may use the Service only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

Blade Rising may create anonymous or account-related identifiers to save player progress, operate online features, prevent abuse, and provide support. The Service may also allow you to connect a third-party account (such as TikTok via TikTok Login Kit) to access additional functionality. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via https://bladerising.com/delete-account.

BOGI Games may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in cheating, fraud, abuse, or other harmful behavior.

4. Online Service, Gameplay, and Virtual Items

Blade Rising is an online mobile idle RPG operated by BOGI Games. The Service may include gameplay progression, rewards, leaderboards, events, cloud saves, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, advertisements, optional social integrations (such as TikTok), and other online features that may require an internet connection.

Game progress, rewards, rankings, leaderboards, virtual items, currencies, and other online features may be modified, reset, removed, or discontinued when necessary for balancing, technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game unless we explicitly allow it.

5. In-App Purchases

Blade Rising may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, such as Google Play via Google Play Billing. Prices, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are handled according to the policies of the applicable store. All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or the store's own refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate game data, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or modifications;
attempt to access backend systems, accounts, or data without permission;
interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service;
use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
misuse any connected third-party integration, including TikTok Login Kit or the TikTok Content Posting API, to publish content that violates applicable law or the third party's terms;
reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify the game except where allowed by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Blade Rising, including its name, artwork, code, game design, characters, logos, audio, text, and related content, is owned by BOGI Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blade Rising for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8. Service Availability

BOGI Games may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Blade Rising or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Some features — including online gameplay, leaderboards, cloud saves, events, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and third-party integrations such as TikTok — may require an internet connection, a supported device, or the latest version of the game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

9. Termination

BOGI Games may suspend or terminate your access to Blade Rising at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for operational, security, or technical reasons. You may stop using Blade Rising at any time and may request deletion of your account using the instructions at https://bladerising.com/delete-account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blade Rising is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. BOGI Games does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BOGI Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of progress, loss of revenue, or loss of profits arising from or related to your use of Blade Rising, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to the Terms

BOGI Games may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Blade Rising after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
