v1.3.1

Community Fixes & New Game Intro

Blade Rising 1.3.1 is a smaller update focused heavily on fixes reported by the community — plus a little something new. This patch introduces a new opening for your adventure, fixes several issues affecting Lootbox rewards and Prestige bonuses, and adds a long-requested audio toggle.

New Game Intro

Starting a new adventure now has a proper introduction!

We've added a new New Game scene with fresh artwork and a blade-slash transition before your journey begins.

The intro will also return as part of the Ascension loop, giving every new journey a more satisfying beginning.

Lootbox Resource Fix

Thanks to @TYRamisu for catching this one!

Lootbox rewards could incorrectly replace your existing resource balance instead of being added to it.

For example, if you had 1,000,000 of a resource and won 1,000 from a Lootbox, you could unfortunately end up with just 1,000.

That's fixed. Lootbox rewards are now properly added to your existing resources, so your existing balance is preserved when claiming rewards.

Prestige Damage Fix

Another great report from @TYRamisu.

Purchased Prestige Damage bonuses could sometimes fail to apply correctly after loading a save or beginning a new Ascended run.

This was caused by an initialization-order issue and has now been fixed.

Your purchased Prestige Damage bonuses should now correctly affect your damage from the start.

Prestige Auto Click Fix

Prestige points invested into Auto Clicks could disappear from the calculation after upgrading your regular Auto Clicks.

Fixed!

Your Prestige Auto Click bonuses should now remain properly applied when purchasing regular Auto Click upgrades.

Audio Toggle

@anshur asked for it, so... screw my sound design I guess. ;p

You can now turn game audio On/Off directly from Settings.

Perfect for playing Blade Rising while listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks.

The game starts with audio enabled by default, and players can toggle it whenever they want from the Settings menu.

Thank You!

Most of the fixes in 1.3.1 came directly from community reports.

Keep reporting anything strange you encounter — even the small stuff. It genuinely helps make Blade Rising better with every patch.

Now get back in there. 1000 Floors of Evil aren't going to conquer themselves.
