How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Blade Rising account, email us at:

Blade Rising Account Deletion Request
In your message, include any information that can help us identify your account, such as:
- your Player ID, if visible in the game
- your Google Play account email, if relevant
- your device platform
- approximate date of last play
Do not send passwords or sensitive payment information.
What Data Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your Blade Rising account, including:
- player profile data
- saved game progress
- gameplay session data linked to the account
- leaderboard or event progress linked to the account, where applicable
- account identifiers linked to the game account
What Data May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or compliance reasons. This may include:
- purchase records handled by Google Play
- transaction validation records
- fraud prevention records
- anonymized analytics
- records required to comply with legal obligations
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after we receive and verify the request.
